Loriena Gostlin is a full-time property manager, who doesn't share those duties with real estate sales. That makes her unique to property managers on the Sunshine Coast (although she is a licensed realtor).
Property Management, done properly, is a full-time job. I have the experience to manage commercial, retail and strata properties (no longer managing strata), single-family dwellings, apartments, housing co-ops, social housing, industrial properties and vacation properties. I assemble customized service packages and do weekly or monthly site inspections depending on my clients' needs, prepare monthly financial statements, handle individual trust accounts and do arrears collections.
I am a member of the Tenant Verification Service set up for people to report bad tenants.
